The 14p reinterprets Bocci's iconic Serie 14, first launched in 2005, as a portable table lamp with the appearance of a candle. The rechargeable glass sphere, formed by two imperfect hemispheres, requires no cables, allowing its warm ambient glow to blend and transform with its surroundings. Arranged together on a table or distributed in different spaces, several 14p pieces offer the freedom to position, separate, and move the light as desired.
The Purple 14p version is handcrafted from Alexandrite glass, also known as neodymium glass. Its color subtly shifts depending on the surrounding light, moving from delicate lilac and pink tones in natural or warm light to deeper blue and smoky hues in cool lighting environments.
