Awarded the Delta de Oro in 1964, this lamp designed by Miguel Milá marked the beginning of the consecration of Spanish design as a professional discipline. On the occasion of the fiftieth anniversary of this milestone, Santa & Cole is reintroducing it to its catalog and adapting it to the HeadLED System (Delta de Oro, 2013), providing it with the highest efficiency and lighting quality.
In 2023, Santa & Cole is proposing a chromatic study for this lamp to Claudia Valsells, a colorist and artist from Barcelona. The collaboration culminates in a combination of eight colors: English green, reddish orange, ultramarine blue, cream yellow, and stone gray, accompanied by the classic pure red, off-white, and pure black. This palette reveals a new visual and emotional dimension to the M64 and continues to demonstrate the formal timelessness characteristic of maestro Miguel Milá.
