The highly evocative shade of the M68 lamp immortalizes the silhouette of a woman's shoulders. This is the aluminum reissue of the famous 1960s acrylic Pop lamp, also by Miguel Milá, and is now available in vibrant red, white, or matte black, in addition to polished aluminum. As an opaque shade, its high-section flared shape creates a large internal surface area for light diffusion. From the top center of the shade extends both the electrical cable and a tiny metal cylinder that forms the transition between the shade and the steel wire from which it is suspended. In short, M68 is the most familiar way to illuminate a good table.
