This book aims to reveal the scope of an entire body of work through the publication of three essays, which together offer three diverse and thought-provoking ways of approaching the designer and his work. Each, in its own way, demonstrates what Milá, his approach to and conceptualization of design, and the objects that bear his signature have in common. Finally, a selection of forty-two iconic designs arranged chronologically. The classic style indicates a persistence of the past in the present, but also a present that projects itself into the future.
