In his quest for simple and ingenious solutions for any space, Danish designer Aleksandar Lazic was inspired by Italian marble tables from the 1970s when creating the Reverse lamp. Inspired by the structural play generated by geometric constraints, the conical travertine base and curved bronzed aluminum shade define the perfectly balanced expression of the lamp.
The light is diffused evenly over the untreated stone, left in its natural state to allow the illumination to highlight its imperfections, revealing shadows and an interesting play of color that seems to emanate from the base itself. A dimmer is located right where the shade and base meet, allowing the light intensity to be adjusted. Equipped with a dimmable, warm-hued LED light source, the Reverse lamp casts a cozy glow over a bedside table or soft lighting over a sideboard, creating a stylish and distinctive solution for a wide variety of lighting needs.
